Are you interested in offering the Attachment Infused Addiction Treatment model to your accredited Outpatient or Residential program clients?

The AIAT license grants your agency:

1. The right to deliver the AIAT program as designed and Trademarked by Mary Crocker Cook to accredited residential and outpatient use disorder programs.

2. The use of the AIAT logo on AIAT program advertising materials

3. The licensee with receive a copy of the AIAT textbook, AIAT psychoeducation manual, AIAT assessment forms, AIAT outcome form.

 

There are some Conditions of Licensure

 

1. Prior to AIAT program delivery, the agency clinical team will complete an AIAT training session with Mary Crocker Cook or AIAT approved trainer.

2. Mary Crocker Cook will provide texts to each clinical team member assigned to the agency AIAT program, and clinicians will be encouraged to have read the text PRIOR to the training to maximize the benefit of the training.

3. Submission of the IAT outcome data form to marycook@connectionscounselingassociates.com annually to maintain licensee status.

4. AIAT program consultation with agency AIAT clinicians will be provided once a month for the first 3 months of program launch at a time agreed upon by both parties to support the clinicians in program delivery.
